Certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor
I've always had a passion for movement and staying active, so in 2024, I decided to pursue my certification as a Pilates instructor with Unite Health. I currently teach Reformer Pilates at a private studio and will soon be offering pop-up mat classes across Gippsland—stay tuned for updates on instagram and through the website.
I believe my work as both a Pilates instructor and a doula complement each other beautifully. Stretching, strengthening, and staying active during pregnancy can help create a smoother, more manageable labor experience.
